2018 Begins on the farm

I can't believe it's 2018. The days since we moved in a little over a month ago have been a blur. We had a beautiful White Christmas which is quite unusual on the south coast. It was beautiful pulling into the driveway to see the house lit up in the snow. It was also wonderful because it covered all the dirt in a beautiful blanket of white! So the holidays have passed and we are still sorting and settling into the house. Everyday a few more things get tackled and little by little each room is starting to look like ours.

We've had lots of other things to balance with the house stuff so sometimes it feels like it's all taking a long time, but life has a way of nudging into your plans. I still have a couple of weeks off work so I'm determined to get a few more things done inside the house like painting, wallpapering and picture hanging. But for now, I thought I'd post a couple of pictures that show a little progress.
